Founded in 2012 by Larry Kincaid and now co-managed with Magnum Kincaid, Kincaid Construction is built on over 40 years of industry expertise. Prior to founding Kincaid Construction, Larry spent two decades as the owner of Ellsworth Kincaid Construction, with an extensive background in carpentry, marine construction, custom home building, and more. Over the course of his career, Larry has successfully managed hundreds of projects, ranging from custom homes and historic renovations to commercial tenant improvements and large-scale, 90,000 sq. ft. LEED-certified developments.
